IGC maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, or any form of unethical behavior. This policy defines the standards that all personnel, auditors, contractors, and representatives must adhere to.

Ethical Commitments

• Conduct all certification activities with honesty, fairness, impartiality, and professionalism.
• Avoid any actions that could discredit IGC, its clients, or the certification industry.
• Comply with all applicable national and international laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements..
• Treat all clients, employees, and stakeholders with dignity, respect, and equality.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and prevent the misuse of information obtained through professional activities.

Anti-Bribery Commitments

• IGC strictly prohibits offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting any form of bribe, including gifts, hospitality, or favors intended to influence business decisions.
• All IGC representatives must immediately report any attempt, offer, or suspicion of bribery to the Managing Director or Certification Manager.
• IGC does not tolerate facilitation payments or unofficial transactions intended to expedite services.
• Personnel must declare any potential conflicts of interest prior to any certification activity. This includes ensuring no auditor has provided consultancy to the client within the last two (2) years.
• Any person found violating this policy will face disciplinary action, up to termination of contract and potential legal prosecution.
