Legal, Disclaimer & Advisory Notices

InterGlobal Certification Services Pvt Ltd (InterGlobal Certification) is an independent conformity assessment body currently in the process of achieving accreditation by IAF (International Accreditation Forum) member accreditation bodies.

1. Consultant Independence & Impartiality

To maintain the integrity and impartiality of the certification process, InterGlobal Certification operates under a strict code of independence:

  • No Agency Relationships: We do not implicitly or explicitly provide management system certification through third-party consultants. Such individuals or organizations are not agents, joint ventures, or employees of InterGlobal Certification.
  • Prohibition of “Package Deals”: It is strictly prohibited for any consultant to provide combined quotations that include InterGlobal Certification’s fees. We do not provide certification services through consultants to ensure a clear separation (“firewall”) between system implementation and system auditing.

2. Advisory Notice Regarding External Support

While we understand that clients may require external support to prepare for an assessment, please note:

  • Client Choice: InterGlobal Certification may provide a list of known external organizations or individual consultants for reference. However, the choice of consultant remains entirely with the client.
  • Liability Waiver: Any engagement with consultancy services is entirely at the client’s own risk. InterGlobal Certification accepts no liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of funds, data, or contracts) resulting from professional advice given by third-party consultants.
  • No Guarantee of Success: The use of any specific consultant does not guarantee that certification will be granted. All clients must pass the same rigorous, independent audit process.

3. Conflict of Interest & Reporting

We take the integrity of our certification process seriously.

  • The Two-Year Rule: In accordance with international standards, InterGlobal Certification does not assign auditors to clients if that auditor has provided consultancy services to that client within the last two (2) years.
  • Whistleblower Policy: If you have been offered a “guaranteed pass” or a “combined package” by a consultant claiming to represent or influence InterGlobal Certification, please report this immediately to admin@interglobalcert.com. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
